COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE.

As everyone is well aware the global pandemic is having a huge impact on international delivery times. This is primarily due to the lack of passenger aircraft in service. Australia Post are doing their best to get through the backlog of packages. Chartering flights and operating their sorting facility 24/7 are some of the ways they aim to get on top of the current situation.

Shipping may not be available to all international destinations. If you are unable to proceed through the checkout process due to an error message this may mean that Australia Post is not currently servicing that country. A DHL Express service can be arranged at an additional cost to help navigate this issue. Please contact us for more information.

SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated according to weight and dimensions. The carrier service we use to ship your order is determined by the size of the products in the order.

International shipping is based on 500g increments. It is most likely that you could add smaller items to an order with no change to the shipping cost.

All international packages are shipped on an Express Service (EMS). A signature may be required on delivery. If a delivery has been unsuccessful please check with your local post office and quote your tracking number as the reference.

International packages that are caught in a suspended service (a situation where an international service is operating and then temporarily on hold) is not subject to a refund or cancellation. To qualify for a full refund the package must be returned to us first. Please read our terms on returned goods.

Domestic orders are shipped within one day of order confirmation if they are a stock item. Most products are made to order and are subject to a production lead time.

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or Australian public holidays.

Orders received after 12pm AEST/EDST will be processed on the following business day.

In stock items will be sent that day unless it is a weekend or public holiday.

Custom orders (an order where you have selected the colours for the product) can take one or two weeks to manufacture. Please check the lead time on the given product page.

All import taxes and duties are at the expense of the customer, please check your local tariffs before making any purchase.

All items delivered are at the discretion of the local carrier. We prefer not ask a local carrier to leave an item safely. However if a note giving the carrier service the authority to leave a package is left on an order neither SKIN GROWS BACK or the carrier service can be responsible for it.

skingrowsback HQ is located outside of the Metropolitan area in NSW Australia so please allow sufficient time to receive your order.
