Duties and Taxes

We are not permitted to handle tax collection on behalf of the customer. The payment of local import duties and taxes is required on packages leaving Australia. We do not manage this process on your behalf. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand the requirements and fees associated with bringing goods into their  country of delivery. For more information on duties and taxes, please contact your local Customs agency or Revenue department.

If you fail to pay these  duties and taxes the local carrier may automatically return the package to us in Australia. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund once the package has been received.

Regarding declared values of parcels, the value will be based on the invoice amount of the items in the package. The parcel will be listed as a “commercial sale.” We cannot accommodate requests to lower the declared value or to classify the parcel as a gift.
